From IConnecting
"We live in a crucial time, there is a sense of urgency to get on with it ... but we don’t know what ‘it’ is. We are swamped with philosophies and theories of psychology all claiming to reveal to us who we really are. They may shine some light here and there but they cannot give us an immediate experience of our I, our Real Self. The reason for this is because we are each so individual. The only way we can come to self knowledge is through our own striving, our own action. We must get to know ourselves, ourselves. This means that we need a direct and conscious experience of ourselves in all our facets." Kristina Kaine
A radical and remarkable book. Kristina Kaine makes soul so perceptible and concrete that we are able to follow some basic steps to achieve clear inner soul presence. Then, she provides a wonderful description of what individual spirit is like, the difference between soul and spirit, and how we can be ever more available to and expressive of the holy and ineffable being that we call our “I”. What James Hillman did for soul life and Thomas Moore did for an everyday religious sense, Kristina Kaine now does for spiritual experience. Solid, clear, writing, wholly practical – what you learn here can be brought to the office and practiced, or home to be with those you love in ways that recognize their true essence. An invaluable resource for strengthening living a rich and wondrous interior life – for the sake of others and the world. http://www.goldenstonepress.com
"Kristina Kaine has the marvelous ability to express clearly and concisely very esoteric spiritual material in a most practical and experiential way. I recommend her book to anyone with a sincere desire to explore and expand their own spiritual soul. The dissemination of her work should help create a better world for all of us." —Andrew Flaxman, Director Educate Yourself for Tomorrow http://www.onlinehumanities.com/
"Kristina Kaine has distilled from the profound wisdom of masters and of her own considerable experience a guidebook of immense value in pursuing the pearl of great price, the name that no one knows except the one who receives it, the "I Am." Every human soul stands in need of this name, and our world cries out for the ennoblement of those who make this quest." —Ed Smith, Author : The Burning Bush, The Soul's Long Journey, David's Question "What is Man?"
"I just started reading your book "I-Connecting." It seems like a very lucid treatment, like looking through a clear glass window through which one can discover and recognize the landscape of the soul. Thank you. Stephen
"Hello Kristina, I have just finished a first reading of your book I Connecting. I must say thank you for giving this knowledge to me. I have read that when the pupil is ready the teacher will appear. This adage fits in respect to what I have gained and will further gain as I develop in the soul work involved. I have been personally studying Anthroposophy for 22 years now since attending Parsifal College. I have gained considerable knowledge over those years but due to circumstances and a lack of consistent will I have not used this knowledge to undertake a structured spiritual training. I feel now you have given me a framework from which to work from. You have painted a picture that I can embellish and make my own. I am truly grateful. 2012
