Reflect on your soul activity during the day:
What feelings have you experienced today? Make a list of some of them.
What thoughts were you aware of today? Make a list of some of them.
What actions have you taken today? Make a list of them.
Then look at your three lists and take note of the difference between them. Without feeling any regret think about how you could have changed any of these. Be the interested observer – not too involved, but also not cold or detached. In this way you will become much more aware of the feelings, thoughts and actions you experience each day, and more in charge of them.
